Herndon Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends holds Meeting for Worship each First Day (Sunday). Hymn singing begins at 10:15 a.m. An unprogrammed Meeting for Worship lasts about one hour. Children and teenagers attend First Day School classes until the end of Meeting for Worship. For the Winter, we have added a mid-week meeting every Wednesday at 7pm

Meeting for Worship Schedule

All Sundays

• 10:15 - 10:30 am --- Singing

• 10:30 - 11:30 am --- Meeting for Worship

• 10:45 am --- Children leave Meeting for First Day School for Infants, Little Friends, Elementary, and Juniors/Seniors

• 11:30 am --- Announcements

Each Wednesday

• 7pm - 8pm --- Meeting for Worship

First Sundays of each Month

• 11:45am --- Potluck - Don't worry if you did not bring food, we always have plenty!

Second Sundays of Most Months (all but May, July, September)

• 9:00am --- Meeting with attention to business; Kids assemble bag lunches for Embry Rucker Shelter in other room (supervised)
